Full event video coverage
In April 2023 we travelled to London to provide full event coverage for Firstup’s digital employee experience summit, Attune. It was the first time they’d hosted an event in the UK, and they welcomed nearly 300 internal communicators, HR professionals and tech leaders.
We co-ordinated a crew of 5 to capture video highlights, full talks and presentations and a series of ‘Customer Story’ interviews over 2 days.
The conference itself had several keynote speakers throughout the day alongside multiple breakout sessions and our 3 camera operators captured each of these in 4K for use in an online ‘on demand’ library post event.
The day before the event, we were teamed up with a Producer from Firstup’s US office to produce 3 customer story videos. We filmed with executives from BBC, Swissport & Agco. These videos were to be used as customer testimonials for Firstup.
Upon arriving back from the event, we post-produced these videos in accordance with Firstup’s brand guidelines, and facilitated audio mastering services for cleanup of the live audio captured by the client’s AV team via a third party.
